Capacity Building

In the midst of growing needs and requirements for improved efficiency for effective implementation of various programmes, ROSE is rendering a wide range of capacity building training programmes in different sectors for a wide spectrum of target groups.

ROSE provides capacity building training on the following areas:

Identity and agency for bringing changes as per the declared vision, mission and objectives of each programme;

Structure and functions of CBOs defining their roles, functions and responsibilities as a team;

Strategy and programmes for effective implementation of various programmes;

Community and external relations for better relationships and coordination with other networks;

Monitoring, evaluation, reporting and learning for documentation and result-based management;

Human resources development providing opportunities for the staff to develop;

Resource mobilisation for optimum utilisation and sustainability;

Financial management for optimum utilisation of available funds; and,

Governance, leadership and management for better coordination of activities.
